Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 11 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

  2. Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within approximately 15 business days after it has been processed. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and possible delays due to postal service efficiency or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must show evidence of a defect.

  2. Approval Process: All returns are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team. You may be required to discuss the issue with a representative and/or provide photos of the item to demonstrate the defect.

  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective due to our error.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  6. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.
