Refund Policy

At Crow and Arrow Apparel, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund Policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of arrival to qualify for a refund.

  • Return Authorization: Before returning any items, please contact us at jake@crowandarrowapparel.com to initiate the return process and receive return instructions.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Crow and Arrow Apparel reserves the right to deny a refund if the items do not meet these criteria.

2. Custom Apparel

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly at jake@crowandarrowapparel.com with any concerns regarding custom orders, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at jake@crowandarrowapparel.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund if necessary.
